Our Semi-Private training sessions are 45 minutes in length and in small groups of up to 4 people. Everyone in the group gets their own individual workout based on their health and fitness goals.

Ian Paron, RMT
Certified Personal TrainerRegistered Massage TherapistMedical Acupuncture
Ian Paron is a Certified Personal Trainer who knows the importance of maintaining muscle and strength and the vital role they play in both performance and quality of life. Ian shares his passion for strength training with everyone from competitive athletes looking to prevent injury or increase their performance, to retired grandparents wanting to be able to continue to play with their grandchildren. Ian is also a Registered Massage Therapist who helps alleviate his patient's pain through education, manual therapy, acupuncture and exercise. His goal is for people to be able to return to their activities as soon as possible while being stronger and more resilient than before.
Ian is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture. He is also a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer.
